I had an amazing experience. This office is very patient centered and warming. Especially Dr.Syed and Eva, they helped me a lot and gave me so much hope to fix my teeth at reasonable costs. I’m very grateful for them.

Her insight into oral bacteria was next-level equal parts science and wisdom. You don’t just feel treated; you feel educated. Chenelle deserves special recognition. From the very first call when I couldn’t even find the location to a seamless checkout, she was welcoming, calm, and completely on point. That kind of consistency is rare and speaks volumes about the culture here. Malik was professional and polished, and honestly, everyone on the team carried themselves with confidence and genuine warmth. And let’s be real—every great dental clinic markets itself the same way: with great smiles. This place understands that. As someone who evaluates people and operations for a living, I can say this confidently: this clinic is run the right way. Exceptional service, strong leadership energy, and a team that actually enjoys what they do. That’s how you build trust and loyalty.

I went there, with a friend, to get a tooth extracted. The building was clean and the staff was friendly, however, the lady that was tending to her was talking about music and a musician which led to talks of death and suicide. I, believe, “taking her own life” were the exact words. My friend has anxiety and while she said she was okay it doesn’t excuse that kind of talk at the workplace. Then upon, friendly, confrontation she denied the entire conversation. Find the balance between friendliness, conversation and professionalism, please.
